This page summarises section 7 of our Terms of Service. If the two ever differ, the Terms apply.
Early access is free
Joining the early-access list costs nothing, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. To leave the list, use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or write to [email protected].
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends to avoid being charged for the next one.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Shatavi.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You can also manage it from your App Store subscriptions.
On Android
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Shatavi, tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.
You can also cancel from your Google Play subscriptions in a browser.
What happens when you cancel
- Your subscription stops renewing and you won't be charged again.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Your training history stays in your account, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again.
- We can't cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Apple and Google manage the billing, so only you can cancel it from your store account.
Free trials
- A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
- We remind you before your trial ends.
- Depending on the store, cancelling during a free trial may end your access straight away rather than at the end of the trial.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Refunds
Apple and Google take your payment, so they decide refund requests under their own policies. We never see your card or bank details.
App Store purchases
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose Request a refund. Apple decides the request and lets you know the outcome. We can't issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
Google Play purchases
Google Play can refund some purchases directly: request one from your order history in Google Play. If Google tells you to contact the developer, email [email protected] with your Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.") and we'll look into it.
Your rights under consumer law
Nothing on this page limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Price changes
We'll tell you before any price increase takes effect, and it applies only from your next renewal. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal.
