Your plan keeps up with you
Low energy, a hot flush, a missed week, a session that felt too hard: Shatavi changes your training around each of them, and always tells you what changed and why.
For the day you're actually having
These changes are for today only. They never rewrite your plan, so a bad day costs you nothing.
A check when you open the app
"How are you today?" Tap a hot flush, brain fog, muscle soreness or dizziness, or nothing at all. If it matters for training, today's session is adjusted before you start.
Your energy, before you start
If you said your energy was low, the app offers to make today lighter with a shorter version of the session. It still counts as a full session.
"Feeling a symptom?" mid-session
Tap it at any point. Depending on what you tell it, the app offers a longer rest, a set taken off, a seated or supported version of the move, a different movement, or stopping for today. You can always say "I'm fine, carry on".
"Finish here instead"
Out of steam partway through? Finish where you are. What you did is saved, and it counts the same. In the app's words: "Stopping early is part of training well."
Some symptoms mean stopping, and it says so
If you report chest pain, fainting, heart palpitations or shortness of breath, the session ends. The app doesn't guess at the cause. It tells you to get checked, and says plainly when to seek urgent care.
The work you'd done isn't counted as a skipped session, because stopping was the right thing to do. Your plan is there when you're ready.
These symptoms can have many possible causes. This message isn't a diagnosis. It's simply the safest course until you've been assessed. From the stop screen in the app
Hold steady, step up, or ease off
After each session, one question: was it too easy, just right, or too hard? Along with the sessions you've done and missed, that decides what your plan does next, and the reason is shown to you word for word.
"Your last session felt too hard, so we've eased this one to help it land better."
"You've missed over half your sessions this week, so we'll ease the load to make restarting easier."
"Add the smallest amount you can, usually 1–2 kg. If a set starts to feel too hard, stay here another session. There's no rush."
Coming back without starting from zero
There are no daily streaks. Weeks are counted as weeks, and a missed one is normal. Your history, your strength charts and your health report stay where you left them.
If life gets busy you can pause your plan, and when you come back, your first session is eased:
You've been away, so we've eased this session to help you restart safely. What the app shows on your first session back
